Throughout the 8 sessions, we focus on living NVC naturally, even under stress, in moments of reactivity, and when navigating limits, autonomy, and conflict. You will have ample opportunity to bring your own situations into the sessions and practice skills relevant to your life. Between sessions, you will receive reading materials, exercises, and optional peer practice. The average time commitment outside of class is about one hour per session.

Who this course is for
This course is suitable for participants who have already completed a basic course in Nonviolent Communication (NVC) with at least 24 instructional hours. You can take any Level 2 course after the foundation course.
Accreditation
I am a certified trainer and mediator with the Center for Nonviolent Communication (CNVC). All hours completed with me count toward the practice hours required to begin the CNVC certification process. You will receive a certificate of participation for this course.
