Mediation

Conflicts happen everywhere, on the workfloor, in schools, at home. Wherever people find themselves in contact with one another, conflicts can arise. Very often these are based on miscommunication and misunderstanding.

For support during mediation, I use the No Fault Zone game, developed by Sura Hart, and soon to be available for purchase on my website.  Actually, it’s not a game, but a tool for gaining clarity and understanding of the pain in the heart of the other and for receiving the listening you need to express the pain in your own heart. Because of the feelings and needs cards provided by the “game” you are able to  connect with yourself.  And by switching places and sitting in the other person’s seat, you are able to see their feelings and needs. Once you have both expressed these to one another, a (re)connection occurs.

I can come to your business, school or home or receive you in Oostzaan or Amsterdam Sloten to do mediation and put the heart back into the communication to bring clarity and understanding.
