Moving from talking at to talking with. Heart in Communication offers tailor-made training for individuals and (management) teams in any business setting. I work in both Dutch and English and can come to any work setting.

As companies move from more hierarchical structures to flatter structures it is important to learn to put the heart in communication and communicate in a language that reflects this. It is vital to develop a compassionate form of relating to one another in mutually respectful ways. This means working towards a “power with” model rather than a “power over” model, where all individuals experience being heard.

Mediation

Conflicts on the workfloor impact the atmosphere and the collaboration between team members.  Letting conflicts linger can lead to  diminished results and less engagement. Investing in mediation for the team takes time out of a workday in the shortrun but enriches the functioning of the entire team in the longrun. 

 I can come to your business to do mediation and put the heart back into the communication to bring flow back to the workfloor. I can also offer a course to Human Resources so that conflicts can be resolved internally using the No Fault Zone tool, soon to be offered for sale on my website.
