Introduction Workshop Nonviolent Communication

Introduction to Nonviolent Communication — Online Workshop
In this free, interactive 2-hour session, we’ll explore the core principles of Nonviolent Communication (NVC), a framework developed by Dr. Marshall Rosenberg to support clarity, compassion, and connection in communication.

You’ll be introduced to the key elements of NVC, including how to identify underlying needs, listen with empathy, and express yourself honestly without blame or criticism. We’ll play with real-life examples — some offered by me, and others brought in by participants — to illustrate how these principles can be applied in everyday conversations or in the work setting.

During the workshop, you’ll practice connecting with your own needs as well as discovering how to listen empathetically to others, helping you to build deeper and more authentic connections.

Whether you’re curious about applying NVC in your personal life or in professional settings such as therapy, education, or teamwork, this session offers a meaningful first encounter with the approach.

You’re warmly invited to join us and discover how Nonviolent Communication can enrich your capacity to connect — with yourself and others.
