Format
Groups are intimate with a maximum of 12 participants so there is ample opportunity to bring in your own situations during the sessions and to receive guidance and feedback from me. Sessions consists of exchanging empathy, sharing in the group, learning new material, observing and working with me on your cases and working in small groups.
Between sessions, you receive reading materials and practice exercises, and are invited to work with fellow participants. The average time commitment outside the sessions is about one hour per session — for example, reading or practicing with a peer.
To keep my work accessible while sustaining my business, several payment options are available. Please choose the rate that best reflects your situation. If the fee would be a barrier to participating, you're welcome to contact me to explore possible options.
