Level 3A: Nonviolent Communication: Deepening Your NVC Practice.

About this course
These courses, both Level 3A and Level 3B which are interchangeable, are designed for those who have around 75 hours of training in Nonviolent Communication. In this next-level journey, we’ll explore the deeper layers of applying NVC in real life. There’s plenty of space to bring in your own situations, alongside a rich integration of all aspects of the NVC model.
Between sessions, you’ll have the opportunity to practice with peers, reflect through reading material, and engage in small homework invitations to support your learning.
Across 8 sessions, in Level 3A and Level 3B we may explore these and other topics, depending on the group:
- Working with fear
- Healing Dialogue role-plays
- Giving feedback using the 4 steps
- Deepening empathy
- Resolving inner conflicts
- Dealing with demand energy
- The art of mourning and celebration
- Sharing appreciations
Format
Groups are intimate with a maximum of 12 participants so there is ample opportunity to bring in your own situations during the sessions and to receive guidance and feedback from me. Sessions consist of exchanging empathy, sharing in the group, learning new material, observing and working with me on your cases and working in small groups.
Between sessions, you will receive reading materials and practice exercises, and are invited to work with fellow participants. The average time commitment outside the sessions is about one hour per session — for example, reading or practicing with a peer.

Who this course is for
Level 3 is suitable for participants who have completed at least two Level 2 courses in Nonviolent Communication (NVC).
Accreditation
I am a certified trainer and mediator with the Center for Nonviolent Communication (CNVC). All hours completed with me count toward the practice hours required to begin the CNVC certification process. You will receive a certificate of participation for this course.
